Learning & Development Specialist - Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver game-changing training programs under the guidance of HR leadership.
- Lead L & D projects with an agile mindset to ensure timely and accountable deliverables.
- Orchestrate New Employee Orientation and Annual Mandatory Education using cutting-edge techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training content with current and future needs.
- Create dynamic training modules for seamless integration into the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Provide real-time insights and data-driven reports to HR and Operational/Clinical Leadership.
- Facilitate immersive in-person and virtual learning experiences as needed.
- Embrace additional transformative duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required, with a focus on innovation in learning and development.
- Minimum of four (4) years in human resources, training, employee coaching, or development.
- Proven leadership experience in supervising or leading forward-thinking teams required.
- Exemplary communication and customer engagement skills.
- Capacity to multitask and manage projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Superior organizational prowess and tech-savvy capabilities.
- Strong collaborative spirit for effective project completion.
- Experience in developing and deploying transformative training programs preferred.
- Bilingual / Spanish fluency is a plus.
- Proficiency with EHRS systems and an aptitude for navigating digital transformation.
